MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Authors intending to submit their research papers to the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (IJAIE) are required to prepare their manuscripts in a well-structured, academically rigorous, and publication-ready format. The journal maintains high standards of scholarly writing to ensure that each published article contributes meaningfully to the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Sciences, and interdisciplinary technological research.

A well-prepared manuscript not only enhances readability but also facilitates an efficient peer-review process. Authors are therefore advised to carefully follow the guidelines outlined below before submission.

Manuscripts submitted to International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (IJAIE) must present original, unpublished, and high-quality research work that demonstrates innovation, technical depth, and relevance to contemporary challenges in AI, computing, and engineering domains. The content should clearly define the research problem, provide a strong theoretical or practical foundation, and highlight significant contributions to the field.

Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be organized in a standard academic format, including the following sections:

  • Title of the Paper (concise, relevant, and informative)
  • Abstract (150–250 words summarizing the research objectives, methods, and outcomes)
  • Keywords (4–6 relevant terms representing the core topic)
  • Introduction (background, problem statement, and objectives)
  • Literature Review (analysis of existing research and identification of research gaps)
  • Research Methodology (detailed explanation of methods, tools, and techniques used)
  • Results and Discussion (presentation, interpretation, and analysis of findings)
  • Conclusion and Future Scope (summary of contributions and potential future work)
  • References (properly cited scholarly sources in a standard format)

Formatting Requirements

To maintain uniformity and academic quality across all publications, authors must follow these formatting standards:

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear, formal, and grammatically correct English
  • Font Style: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 (main text)
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 for easy readability
  • Proper alignment and consistent margins must be maintained throughout the document
  • Headings and subheadings should be clearly defined and, where required, numbered systematically
  • All pages should be properly structured and free from formatting errors

Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

Figures, tables, charts, and diagrams should be included at appropriate places within the manuscript and must be clearly labeled with titles and numbers. Each visual element must be referenced within the text and should enhance the understanding of the research work.

Language and Quality Standards

Authors are expected to ensure high linguistic quality, clarity, and coherence throughout the manuscript. The content must be free from grammatical errors, duplication, and plagiarism. The journal encourages precise and concise writing that effectively communicates research findings.

General Instructions

All submissions must be original and must not be under consideration elsewhere. Proper citation of all referenced works is mandatory. Authors should ensure that their manuscript aligns with the scope and objectives of the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (IJAIE).
