GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (IJAIE) is committed to maintaining high academic and ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Authors are expected to submit well-prepared, original, and scientifically sound manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, and related interdisciplinary fields. These guidelines are designed to ensure consistency, quality, and transparency throughout the publication process.

Authors are requested to carefully follow the instructions below before submitting their manuscripts to the journal.

1. Originality and Ethical Compliance

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors must ensure that their work is free from plagiarism and complies with international research ethics. Any violation of ethical standards will result in rejection or retraction.

2. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be well-organized and include the following sections:

  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 relevant terms)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Research Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion and Future Scope
  • References

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Proper headings, subheadings, and numbering should be used
  • Tables, figures, and illustrations must be clearly labeled and cited in the text

4. Citation and References

All references must be properly cited using a standard referencing style (APA/IEEE/MLA as applicable). Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all citations.

5. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The editorial board evaluates manuscripts based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and contribution to the field.

6. Submission Requirements

Authors must ensure that their manuscript is complete, properly formatted, and submitted through the official journal submission system or designated email.
